Tamraght has better-value vacation rentals; Taghazout has more bars and surf shops. Most surfers stay in Tamraght and walk/drive 5-10 minutes to the Taghazout breaks.

November-February delivers the most powerful waves at Anchor Point and Killer Point · best for intermediate to advanced surfers. March-April and October offer cleaner, smaller swells (1-2 m) ideal for progressing surfers. May-September is small-wave and beginner season at Banana Beach (1-1.5 m), with warmer water (19-22 °C) and lighter wetsuits. Water temperature: 17-19 °C in winter (3/2 mm wetsuit), 19-22 °C in summer (shorty or 2 mm). The Taghazout coast faces NW so it's exposed all year.

30% on booking by card (Stripe: Visa/Mastercard/Amex), balance 7 days before arrival or at check-in. Free cancellation up to 7 days ahead. Within 7 days: 50% refund. We also accept SEPA transfer or cash (MAD/EUR) at check-in. No security deposit for stays under 14 nights.

Yes. Banana Beach has fine sand and gentle waves ideal for kids 3+, five surf schools run kids courses from age 4. Paradise Valley is an easy day trip (natural pools, 45 min). Villa Soléa and Kasbah Véronique provide high chair and cot on request (free). Lifeguards on beaches May-September.

Depends. Only in Tamraght/Taghazout: no, everything walkable or petit taxi (15-30 MAD). For day trips to Paradise Valley, Essaouira, Imsouane, Legzira yes: small car €25-45/day. Free parking at most of our homes. EU licence OK, petrol ~15 MAD/L.
